Qualify your targets

Qualifying your target customers is a critical, must have skill.

You must have a system for qualifying potential customers, otherwise you will waste a lot of time in your sales process. There are four questions you should always ask yourself:
  • Is this a customer our company wants to deal with?
  • Do the potential returns out weigh the time and effort needed to win an order?
  • Are their barriers to entry which you cannot overcome?
